About Me

My name is Liz. For the sake of transparency, I am not and will never be the next great American novelist. I’m a decentish writer, but I’m not a very important person. I’m just a person. Which I’m at peace with. But it is worth noting, because if you’re looking for big important stories with paradigm-shifting thematic material, you might be disappointed by my work. 

I mostly write because reality isn’t always easy to look at, and I find it soothing to turn inward and craft little worlds where things make more sense. From what I’ve heard, there are some people out there who find those worlds pleasant and worthwhile to walk through. I hope you’re one of them, but I wouldn’t hold it against you if you’re not. Or if you once were, but aren’t anymore for reasons particular to your own life circumstances. Sometimes people grow apart. That’s okay.
